Sarah Tate is a dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care. She focuses on holistic health, ensuring that each patient receives personalized treatment that addresses their unique needs — not just their symptoms. Sarah emphasizes education and open communication, empowering her patients to make fully informed decisions about their health journey.
Her educational path includes an Associate Degree in Nursing from the College of Central Florida, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, and a Master of Science in Nursing with honors from South University. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a certified surgical first assistant.
Sarah brings a remarkably diverse clinical background across the ICU, emergency department, perioperative care, urgent care, and orthopedics — giving her the breadth of experience to see patterns that others often miss and to design truly comprehensive care strategies for each patient.
Married with two children, Sarah loves spending time with Jesus, family, and friends. Her favorite activities include hiking, playing pickleball, and being on the water — reflecting her deep love for nature and staying active with the people she loves.
Vickie Hodges
Vickie Hodges is a compassionate and highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to personalized patient care. She began her nursing education at Illinois Eastern Community College before earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from the College of Central Florida. Driven by her passion for advancing her skills, she completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing at South University — specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Vickie is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and brings a rich clinical background spanning adult care, hospital nursing, blood banking, cardiology, surgical post-op, urgent care, and dermatology. This breadth gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective when evaluating complex health pictures.
Patient advocacy is at the heart of Vickie's practice. She is deeply committed to ensuring that each patient receives the attention and tailored treatment they deserve — creating a warm, welcoming environment where every person feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
